The Power of Community--a #govegan picnic, independence day for the animals

Yesterday, my partner and I went to a wonderful vegan picnic hosted by the Vegan Spiritual Group of Philadelphia (which is on meetup.com).
At this event, for those who are vegan and vegan curious, I experienced the power of community and kindness. As the woman who put together the event said, "This is a liberation event for the animals; the animals deserve independence too."
